I'm Chris Villareale — an independent consultant based in Southern California with 15+ years of hands-on experience in PCBA manufacturing across aerospace, defense, and high-volume electronics. Every engagement is handled personally by me. No subcontractors, no junior staff assigned.
My background covers the full SMT process: stencil printing, SPI, pick-and-place, reflow profiling, AOI, AXI inspection, conformal coating, underfill, and IPC-A-610 Class 2 and Class 3 acceptance. I've driven measurable improvements in throughput and yield on lines running tens of thousands of units per week, and I've provided DFM guidance from early NPI through mass production.
